Who should I go to for hormone help?

I usually go by Meccorad from the Real Thyroid Help forums and I

decided to search for some help/support for hypogonadism.

I'm currently seeing my Endo for my hypothyroid, and he's also

treating my new-found hypogonadism. I'm taking biweekly testosterone

injections, 90mg Armour Thyroid, and I was taking 10g of Androgel but

they weren't working.

I'm not exactly sure who to go for this whole hormone replacement

stuff...my Endo said he doesn't know enough about what's causing the

low Test and other hormones. I really have no clue who else to get

help from...

Can someone give me some info or a good push in the right direction?
