Sounds like you hit a nerve on your first injection. I've only done

that once in 6+ years of injections.

There are labs were you can order your own estradiol testing. If your

estradiol was in the optimum range 20-30 ng/mL, I wouldn't want to be

taking DIM. I would hesitate to do anything without lab results.

I think zinc is a good idea no matter what.

That does sound like high estradiol.

The Estradiol or " E2 " test you need a " Ultrasensitive " LC/MS ASSAY at

Quest Labs it's code #30289X.

If E2 is high (varies but IMHO anything >30is high, optimal is ~20)

your pituitary, which cannot distinguish between E2 and T, thinks that

T is OK and does not raise LH to get the testes to make more T. Also,

if your body converts T to E2, raising LH does no good (your LH is a

on the low side given your T).

So, you REALLY NEED the E2 test so that you can tailor the treatment.

Could be all you needs is DIM to prevent conversion of T to E2.
