Guest guest
I got the same email from him but, alas, my fiancée and sister are not famous! My fiancée is on Peg-Interferon and Rebetol for the 2nd time. This month he will have his 6th month blood test to see if his Hep C is gone. If not, he will be pulled off it and wait for the next treatment. He has Type A and doesn't have a lot of hope. This medicine is making him feel so terrible, I don't know what to pray for! I want the virus gone, but if it is, he will have to continue treatment for another 6 months. I don't think either one of us can handle that! He is so sick, but works at least 60 hours a week. My sister is too 'far gone' to go on treatment so I am really interested in alternative treatment. I have pulled up all the info and want her to read it all. I believe she will overcome this, as well as Pat! A strong will and a close family will make the difference! Unfortunately, insurance and money is an issue for my sister. When will our government REALLY help those that need the help? I could on my soap box and go on forever, if given the chance! thanks for listening! Guest guest
I went to a openning weekend showing of the documentary " Bigger Stronger Faster " yesterday and I think it is worth seeing. It is about being an American and constantly bombarded with messages about being the best. It covers steroids, testosterone, growth hormone ... etc from a different point of view. Interviews include bodybuilders, wrestlers, power lifter, AIDs patient ... etc. And of course, clips about Arnold. An added bonus for us in the opening weekend was a life Q & A session after the show with one of the interviewee, Christian Boeving. He is a bodybuilder, actor, nutritionalist, cover model ... etc. He was on a lot of muscle magazine covers and many printed ads for supplements inside the magazines. He was also one of the guys in " Battle Dome " . He is very nice, open and candid. Being honest in the movie costed him his endorsements. This is an independent film with limited budget and small release. You will have to go to their web site to see when the movie is available in your neighbourhood. Currenltly it is showing in Southern California. http://www.biggerstrongerfastermovie.com/
