Guest guest Posted June 27, 2009 Report Share Posted June 27, 2009 Dear FORUM, The South Asia Technical Support Facility for HIV/AIDS will provide technical support to country partners on HIV and AIDS in Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. The TSF is managed by ActionAid in partnership with TATA Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) India and The International Centre for Diarrhoeal Disease Research, Bangladesh (ICDDRB) with support from UNAIDS. The TSF will improve country partner access to timely and quality assured technical assistance in agreed priority areas and assist in the professional development of local, national and regional consultants along with other key deliverables. TSF will provide services in areas like strategic planning, costing, organizational development, monitoring and evaluation, programme and finance management, prevention, most at risk population, policy advocacy, partnership and network development. The engagement of TSF with consultants would be on providing technical assistance to partners and in the development of professional capacity of consultants. For this purpose, we are developing a data bank of consultants. Expression of interest is invited from individuals and organizations in getting enrolled in consultant data bank for potential consulting opportunities and/or for professional development of consultants.
