McCain's bill was withdrawn several weeks ago. However there is now a new

bill that is not directly about supplements but somehow a congressman from

California tucked in a paragraph that requires supplements to be approved by the

FDA just like McCain's bill was trying to do. You can read about it at

Really? That's good news (about McCain's version) but the petition is ongoing

and was delivered as " news " to my inbox yesterday. I'll go check the other
