I teach Kundalini Yoga. I cannot give you a class here but I would

suggest looking at this site for breathing techniques and the yogic

breathing techniques. Breathing can be controlled or uncontrolled.

Studies show that one's mood toward anger increases with increased

rate of breath. Check yourself when you are angry. If you consciously

slow down your breath, it is pretty hard to be angry. Check out this

site.

After you are adept at the technique, then time yourself for three

minutes and work up to 32 minutes if you want. Breath on the inhale

slowly for 15 seconds, then hold for 15 seconds, then exhale slowly

for 15 seconds. Experience it.
