Guest guest Posted June 24, 2008 Report Share Posted June 24, 2008 As stated before, I'm type O and have a very high need for protein. Without it I get spacy and cannot concentrate. So what are good vegan sources for BALANCED protein? Seeing as how soy seems so bad, and cheese and eggs are out, what is left? I do eat a fair amount of walnuts, but they don't always do the trick.
