If we have someone on the list that has the disk space, they can be made

a moderator. Then they can download all the information and put it back

in the new group. Or several people can share the task. I have seen

this done on other groups that had to move.

However, if the group owner goes into the management area, they should

be able to change the way members join, without moving the group.

Unless changed everything again. I had to do it on one of my

groups a few years ago. We were getting pornography posted to the

list. Then I had to get even stricter to keep the spam off the group.

I would definitely like to see the group changed to be more private.
