About the Organization: -

Coimbatore network for positive people(CNP+) is a PLHA community based

organisation registered under society act, working for creating the enabling

environment and improve the quality of lives of PLHAs in coimbatore district

since 2003. Serving for different PLHA community such as Women & children,

IDUs,FSW,MSM and Arawanis etc. From April 2004 onwords we are running the PPTCT

program with support from TANSACS, Chennai.

Job Roles & Responsibilites: -

Manage and motivate project staff and volunteers.

Lead weekly & Monthly review of Program activities and moderate ensuing

discussions & feed back to Director.

Co-ordinate the project at block level.

Promote the project at block level.

Liasioning with AWWs,VHNs,PHCs,Taluk & District Medical Officiers for programm

support and best results,

Organize sensitization workshop for different stake holders.

Co-ordinate with the different stake holders and and NGOs.

Liaisioning with DPM & District Supervisor for coordination and improve the

program.

Attendig all the review meetings and training in TNSACS when ever called

Network with other organizations working on similar issues in the District.

Reports collecting and consolidating and submitting through website (CMIS) to

TNSACS

Conducting researched and various case studies

Proposal Writting

Local resource mobilisation

Eligibility: -

Master of Social Work with 2-4 Years of Experiance in HIV/AIDS Prevention, Care

and Support Treatment Project.

Both Tamil And English language fluency.

Excellent Knowledge in MS office, SPSS package and net usage

Good sound in Training Skills

Human Resouce Management Skills
