Guest guest
why it workes ? as far as I understood from s book, the parasites, bacteries and viruses in our bodies can live there because of very much pollution of the environment that whe eat and inhale all the time. It makes our cells weak an so the viruses etc. can get into the cells and weaken our immune systems. after flushes (and each time it gets better !) our immunesystem can recover hope that's right
Guest guest
Hi Duncan, You had a post about a liver cleanse but I am unable to find it-would you mind posting it again? Also I thought I had read it's better to do a liver cleanse after doing a kidney cleanse-can you comment? I have been very nervous to do the liver cleanse-how traumatic is it for the body? Thanks for your input. O'Lone
Guest guest
The Amazing Liver & Gallbladder Flush a book by s Moritz is the best and most complete information I have found. It has a great question and answer section that will calm all doubts and fears. All of my clients get a strong talk on this subject and most go out my door with one or more of his books in hand. It will be well worth your time to check out his web sight. http://www.ener-chi.com Blessings and Joy! Jan

Would not a liver cleanse help the candida ? and > the overall immune system? > Hi Bert, It's possible that the enzymes are causing you some die-off symptoms. Since you havne't told us your history, I don't know what else you're doing besides taking the enzymes. Please re-read the info you were sent when you joined the group. It will tell you about Bee's diet, Die-off symptoms and Hering's Law of Cures....this info will be vital to you as you follow a path of natural healing. If you no longer have it, it's available in our group Files. now, regarding cleanses....Bee does NOT recommend any kind of cleanse or colonics. They can be very harsh on your system. If you follow her diet and the other helpful hints in the files for aiding you in healing, there is no need for a cleanse of any kind. Take a look at the article entitled: " Not Recommended Treatments, Supplements, etc. " It's located in the Files section of our group (click on the " Files " link on the lefthand side of the group page). Once you get there, scroll down past the folders to the list of articles and you'll find it there (they are in alphabetical order). Please take the time to read through other files and articles as well. I can almost guarantee that there will be an article or file on anything you might have a question about. It's certainly ok to ask quesitons, but it always helps to try and find the information for yourself first. jackie (one of the moderators)

Don't try to push your body too much by doing cleanses and such. Coffee enemas are much better for the liver, adrenals, etc. than a liver cleanse which has been known to cause emergency care - see the Enema Folder. Like Jackie said your body will do all of the cleanses it sees fit on this program. An important rule when doing natural healing is to only give your body what it needs, and not any more or you will overwhelm it. Guest guest
There isn't one recommended by this group. I personally have used Metagenics Ultra Clear Plus and Pure Zen Health TLC. I did Metagenics full 28 day detox under my ND. He gave me a booklet that told me what I could eat when and what foods to eliminate. Steph Liver cleanse Would someone please give the liver cleanse protocol? Thank you.
Guest guest
Steph...Do you know anything about Liv 52? It's a liver supplement from India that was recommended to me, and I was wondering if it might be comparable to the one/s you mentioned. Like many of us here, my funds are very limited, and Liv 52 is very inexpensive... at least if you shop around. Guest guest
Thanks. Though, I thought I saw "talk" recently about liver/gallbladder flush/cleanse. Drinking olive oil? Sound familiar? I obviously don't have all the facts, but it was that one, if it rings a bell to any reader. A. Guest guest
You can buy the booklet online. I'd have to look it up. It takes about 3 cans to do the cleans and each can is $75. I felt really good after it though so it was worth it. Steph RE: Liver cleanse I did the Metagenics 28 day detox with my naturopath as well. Guest guest
Joy: What do you do for your liver cleanse? I have to drink apple juice and phosfood for four days then drink bentonite, take epsom salts then drink olive oil. Some other stuff, but have had good results with that. The second time I had gallstones come through, not pleasant but bearable. The next day I am usually running to the bathroom a lot but that is usually the extent of it. The phosfood cleans out the arteries and reduces cholesterol. Let me know, Lois > From: joywharton > Date: Fri, 25 Feb 2011 > > I'm not but dr schulze at herbdoc.com has great cleanse stuff. I just completed colon cleanse and now doing liver. Outstanding stuff.
Guest guest
I’ve seen a couple people put up posts about a liver cleanse. How do you know if you need one? I’m guessing most people use Dr. Brownstein’s product, “TLC.” How is that working for you?
