Delhi Police men bitten by HIV Positive Patient

Once bitten twice shy

Months after a Delhi policeman was reportedly bitten by an HIV positive patient,

he is still panic-striken.

Head Constable Rajesh Kumar, posted at the Jahangirpuri police station for the

past two years, has now written to senior police officers of the Northwest

district seeking a transfer.

His application specifically mentions the incident where the HIV positive

person bit him as he tried to stop him from beating his wife.

Also referring to other " injuries " while on emergency duty, Kumar requested his

seniors to transfer him.
