That is dam good mine is all over the place I can be doing .5 mgs every 3 days

this month and the next doing .25 mgs every 5 days. I am all over the place.

Now that I found out my iron levels were so low doing iron I am loseing weight

fast 28.5 lbs in the last 7 weeks. This is changing my E2 levels I just hope

this keeps up. I feel the iron levels are helping my Armour to work bettter and

my Thyroid is burning up the fat.

interesting - I looked at my T to E2 ratios over the years and my T to E2 ratio

is fairly constant (~ 25). No matter what my total T was, the E2 tracked at

about 1/25th except initially before starting TRT - My Total T was 180 and my E2

was 30 - that sucked. I take ~ 0.25 mg of arimidex every 7 days and that keeps

my ratio at 25. There were times when my T was 1450 and times when it 500 -

either way the ratio stayed the same?

Thats great news - maybe as your fat content goes down, your E2 will be more

stable.

Yes I pray this keeps up before going on Iron pills just getting up I was out of

breath this had me dam worried for many yrs. I was thinking from all the

winters I went through with Bronchitis that it was the reason for the breathing

problem and the fatigued.

Now I am looking at Iodine and started on some Iodoral one 12.5 mgs pill a

day. I had it tested by blood and then found out this is not any-good. Just

doing this for 2 days I see a difference in how I feel my head is much more

clear Sines is much better. This link is great read what all the Dr.'s say.
