First you don't want to do 1000 IU's 3x's a week never do more then 500 or your

will end up Primary. Your testis can't handle this much. It took about a yr.

for my testis size to come back doing 500 IUs 3 x's a week.

I thought HCG works to increase both T and testicle size for

indivdiuals who have secondary hypogonadism. Before any therapy, my

total T was only 90, and FSH and LH barely registered or did not at

all. I've always assumed I was secondary hypog. and not primary,

because of this and the fact that I do not have a small penis.

Anyway, does HCG sometimes fail to work in terms of increasing

testicle size for secondary hypog.? Is there a usual time period by

which you should expect to see a difference?
