HCG & Time Needed to Increase Testicle Size?

I've been taking HCG (1,000 units 3x per week) for about 3 months now

and although it's increased my testosterone level, it hasn't increased

my testicle size (small grapes), and I'm wondering if this is an

indication that it likely won't be effective in that regard.

I thought HCG works to increase both T and testicle size for

indivdiuals who have secondary hypogonadism. Before any therapy, my

total T was only 90, and FSH and LH barely registered or did not at

all. I've always assumed I was secondary hypog. and not primary,

because of this and the fact that I do not have a small penis.

Anyway, does HCG sometimes fail to work in terms of increasing

testicle size for secondary hypog.? Is there a usual time period by

which you should expect to see a difference?
