Yes this can happen it happens to me here is what I do I use my wood as a gauge

to not go to low. Anything lower then 15 for me kills my night time and morning

wood. Taking a pill will not help so I started at .5mgs of Arimidex every

otherday in less then a week I got my night time and morning wood back after not

having this for over 35yrs. So I stayed on this dose but in the next week I

lost my wood tested and was below 15 so I stoped the Arimidex and in less then 2

weeks my wood come back so that day I went back on .5mgs but did it every 3 days

this worked for a time but I went to low again. I have found there is not right

dose for men my E2 is all over the place. So I use wood to gauge this and keep

a log on how it's working. Some times I can do .25mgs every 3 days and do well

this is what I am doing right now. Yet I can tell when I am going to high I get

a rash feel panic feelings and get sore and hard nipples. So I do test every 6

weeks so between the wood and

labs I do good. There are times I need to do .5 mgs every other day. I have

lost 28.5 lbs in the last 7 weeks and I am finding my E2 is getting a lot

better. So I need to keep a good log and stay on top of this using wood.

I'm on 10mg androgel, and not getting the results I had 6 months ago.

I decided to reduce my fairly high prescribed dose of arimidex from

1mg eod to .5mg, since my E2 was coming in at 9, down from around 12

(also low)at the previous test. (I had a value of 80 when first

prescribed adx, but have lost about 25 lbs. since). I realize I need a

few weeks for the hormones to " settle " , but wanted to relate my

experience anyways.

I took the lower dose (after 7 consistent months at the higher dose).

I felt fine, and was awakened early in the next morning by a

healthily functioning reproductive organ. I had a big contented

smile, and felt very calm.

Unfortunately, by mid day I began to experience a pretty intense panic

attack, which was scarily not responsive to a reasonable dosage of

benzodiazepine. It was relieved somewhat by eating, so maybe it was

some kind of hypoglycemia. Same thing happened in the evening.

Today I took my .5mg adx on schedule and feel better, but still

somewhat wobbly.

I've read that high estrogen cnn trigger this. Perhaps also a

suddenly rising amount can do this to? Anyone else had an experience

like this?
