I'm 34 yrs old 5'7 " about 195lbs and I have not worked out since my

early 20s.

MY GP told me back in 2006 the above tests were normal even though I

have been having major fatigue, energy, ED, depression and weight

gain with low stamina since my late 20s. Finally a couple of months

ago I finally requested an anti-depressent which he gave me. I took

it for about 5 weeks and felt worse than before so I threw it in the

garbage. I never really thought depression was my problem. I'm sure

the meds work great for a lot of people, but not for me. I'm going

Monday to see an Endo. My urologist actually caught the Low T issue,

but I have several other hormones out of range and he really did not

give a comprehensive explanation on the " Big " picture of HRT/TRT. I

told him I had done a lot of research on the subject and was worried

about taking only Test. without monitoring and treating the other

hormones that may be effected from longterm use of Test. He told me

I had been reading too much sports related information. He agreed to

give me T injections if I wanted them. I told him no thanks I'd look

into my problem further and if I change my mind I'll schedule an

appt. I told him I wasn't going to do HRT/TRT half way. I figure its

my body and I'm only 34 yrs old, I'm going to be the one looking at

myself in the mirror 20 yrs from now not my DR.

The last time I had a cholesterol test my total was 206, but

my " bad " cholesterol was like 160, I think. I do remember that my

total was slightly high and my " bad " was very high.

Any thoughts based on experience from you guys/girls?

Thanks
