This is clearly shows that even after 23 years of  HIV epidemic in India there

is no appropriate services provided to PLHIV,  like information on life after

infection, counselling, positive living, treatment services and

social support etc. This is happening in one of the advanced state like vibrant

Gujarat.

 

What is the SACS, PLHIV networks and civil society organisations role in

contrling the suicide of PLHIV in the states.
