what size needle and where are you sticking?

I use a 25g*1 and go into the thigh.

I'm sure http://www.siteinjections.com/index3.htm can give you more

info (with pics) than I can here.

now it's true that I have had a couple of bad shots... maybe to close

to the last shot in that thigh? but I generally alternate... but

sometimes I don't really remember which one I did the week before.

a few things to remember.

make sure EVERYTHING is -clean-.

wash your hands with DIAL (antibacterial soap)... if fact I wash ALL

of me with it (I do my shot after a shower).... that way I don't pick

up something off the skin...

use an alcohol wipe to wipe the TOP of your vial before you draw.

use another on the injection site (ever noticed they're in 2s)

-I- switch needles... this way I can stick with a FRESH SHARP POINT...

but your doctor doesn't do that... neither do hospitals.

body builders, who are often injecting mixes (i.e. testosterone and

nandralone) and sticking multiple vials to draw up their shot swear by

the fresh point to stick with... each time you stick the vial you dull

the tip JUST A LITTLE.

some places (notably http://www.getpinz.com ) sells bundles of

syringes w/needles + needles to stick + alcohol wipes.

they also have bacteriostatic water, sterile vials, wipes, etc.

insulin syringes for hcg I just get at walmart... they're incredibly

cheap.
