Anyone try and succeed?...or is it just another weak over the counter

solution for a few but not many?

Pretty much the diet is in phases...first wk u eat only fruits and

veggies and fish. 2nd week u introduce some some nuts and other

testosterone boosting food. 3rd wk u introduce meats bread and pastas

but keep to healthy types.

im sure some will say the phases are longer...some will have more foods

within the phase. sounds to me like it's a form of atkins in the

beginning and than adding in carbs towards the end.

anyone try?
