Guest guest
Hi, I've been doing an " experiment " on myself here lately using aromasin instead of arimidex. I do 162.5 (theoretically... it's 330mg per mil, how close can you get) of a super sustanon type mix... a little acetate for a quick start and a lot of cypionate and decoanate to stretch out the effectiveness basically... I do well on it. but... I had to do 1/2mg of arimidex eod to keep E2 under control (maybe 1/4mg would have worked... arimidex seems to do it's thing as long as it's present but that's about 48 hours... and cutting those LITTLE BITTY PILLS into 1/4s is difficult)... and then just barely. so I decided to try aromasin... the first week was unstable... I could tell the e2 was rising because of the panicky feelings I get when it does... but I was doing 1 tab a day for the first week to get my aromataze(sp?) levels down, then I dropped to 1/2 tab eod and after 2 weeks (3 total) seem to be doing fine. aromasin works by basically destroying the enzyme that converts test to estrogen... so there's just less of that enzyme there to do it's dirty work... once you get your level of that down you just need enough aromasin to keep it down. libido and erections are GOOD so there's no indication I'm driving e2 to low. and of course ymmv... I have had a lot of " abdominal fat " (belly) which is where the enzyme is supposedly stored/produced... and while I've lost a lot of that gut I've always had a problem with controlling e2. Guest guest
Hi, having problems with E2 as well. So what is aromasin? Thanks, Jim From: jbbooks1901@... Guest guest
Aromasin is a different class of AI, known as a 'suicide aromatase inhibitor'. It is even stronger than arimidex, and it has the potential to drop estrogen down far too low & causing it remain that way for an extended period of time. So if you go to low on this it will take a long time to come back up. This is way I don't like it. Guest guest
Well hear is what happened taking Aromasin yesterday. At 11am I took a 12.5 mg part of the pill one half of the one mg. pill. I felt better very fast stopped sweating and feeling hot, my sore and hard nipples stopped and my feelings of panic stopped. But by 7pm that night it all came back so I figured I needed more after all the posts of men taking this that I read. So I took the other half last night I had wood all night long until morning when I felt my Estraiol levels going up again. So today I took the full dose of the pill. I must have so dam much Aromatase in my body it's going to take a full dose for a time to kill most of this off. I must say it dose work and very fast right now I feel great. Guest guest
I still feel good and I don't mind driving my E2 down to low as long as this kills all of the extra Aromatase my body keeps making. I can read my body so I feel I can handle the Aromasin. Guest guest
If I take Preg. Sublingual tabs it drove up my Estradiol levels so bad I had to stop using it. The Preg. cream stays in your fat and feeds your blood slow my levels were on the bottom of the range 13 to 208 ng/dl for a man 18 to 58 yrs of age. Men at Dr. 's forum are finding out Preg. cream works the best and as you get your levels up your Cortisol and Thyorid levels come up and ones Estraidol levels come down go there and read the sticky " Hormones 101 " by chilln. Good dam good reading and Dr. has had his men on Preg. cream for yrs. http://www.musclechatroom.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=2 If you can't read this link let me know I will try to cut and paste it here. Guest guest
Phil, How is using the Aromasin working out for you now? Are you still on it? Also when you feel as though your E2 is where you want it to be are you going to maintain it with the Aromasin or ADEX? > > I still feel good and I don't mind driving my E2 down to low as long as this kills all of the extra Aromatase my body keeps making. I can read my body so I feel I can handle the Aromasin. > Co-Moderator > Phil
Guest guest
I am taking 25 mgs in the morning I find I am feeling to low for the day but by night time I have good wood in my sleep and in the morning. I feel great on it my E2 levels are down no sweating, sore and hard nipples or feelings of Panic. I am not sure what I am going to do I need to see my labs next week. I am on a lot of Test C 100 mgs every 3 days to keep my T levels up the pain I am in is eating my T meds but doing this much it's = to 250 mgs / week is driving up my Estraidol big time. I am thinking about lowering the dose if it's not to low on my labs this will help with the Estraidol levels. I did good for a long time on 60 mgs every 3 days this is = to 150 mgs / weeks. I even did good until the pain on 80 mgs every 3 days this is = to 200 mgs /week. But the Test C I get now is Generic my Dr. also feels this is not as strong as Depo T when I started on the Generic my levels feel. Guest guest
Some time this yr. there will be a generic out. I would be very careful doing this everyday. I am doing 12.5 mgs every 4 to 5 days and feel I can last even longer. I will know next week when I see my labs. Guest guest
Hey Phil, My doc prescribed it to me on an every day basis as well. He has me doing 1/4 pill every day and so far it seems to be working well. If your labs come back screwy, try doing a 1/4 pill more frequently. Just a suggestion. Hope thins are well. Guest guest
I don't feel we need this everyday it kills Aromatase so you don't get the rebound effect you get from Arimidex. As you kill off your Aromatase you need to make more to get higher levels again. I am doing 12.5 mgs every 4 to 5 days and feel this is to much might only need this once a week. You don't want to go to low on this for to long it can take a long time to make more Aromatase going to low for to long a time.
