Guest guest
Before we can really assess what is going on here, we need to know whether your doctor increased your androgel doseage after removing your remaining testicle. Also did your doctor have a target level of Total T for you when he put you on androgel? If so what was that level? Also-where were you applying the gel? One key fact of your case can not be overlooked, even if you had low output of LH and FSH barring complete testicle failure, you would be getting some Testosterone and inhibin B production from your remaining testicle. I may have missed this, but what was your total T before and after removing your last testicle? Also what were your E2 levels before and after your testicle removal? I too have had to deal with gynecomastia since 11-12 yrs of age. There are too many doctors who do not pay attention to male breast development. Yes it is true that many cases of gynecomastia resovlve themselves by the time the boy completes puberty. However, a couple of lab tests would have prevented mine from getting worse, and it would have saved me alot of embarassment and worry. I just want to welcome you to the group, and I hope that we can give you the empathy, support, and direction that will help you with your battle.
