I did my first implants 1 months ago and after 2 weeks had them pulled

because I had hematoma that pushed them out. New ones were placed in

my arm which healed well. My test results came in from the first

implants and given the time line that would suggest where I currently

am. I was hoping for some input on my results.

Hemoglobin- 190g/L 135 -175

Hematocrit- 0.56L/L 0.4 - 0.5

Testosterone- 30.9nmol/L 8.4 - 28.7

Free Testosterone- 78.9pmol/L 31 - 94

Estradiol- 176pmol/L 43 - 151

Dihydrotestosterone- 2824pmol/L 860 - 3406

My lipids suck but they did before.

Liver, kidney, clotting and all the other stuff is good.

I didn't get free DHT, free E2, other oestrogens, DHEA or SHGB, I

don't know if it is useful.

Are there any hormone tests I should be getting? Is my conversion

ratio of DHT vs estradiol normal? I am starting a DHT supplement prior

to surgery and my endo and I are curious about lowering the

testosterone dose and added DHT to the pellets when we compound them.

Wasn't sure if it will work though. I know both DHT and T play a role

in our bodies but who know the balance. I know estrogen is important

to our overall health but what levels should I be aiming for? My test

results list my E2 as being high. My endo loved everything except my

hemoglobin and lipids. I figured my hemoglobin didn't matter because I

am about to have surgery and should lose some blood that way.

My goal of this is to balance out my hormone requirements long term

with custom dosed pellets.
