If it is true then really heart aching with this data. So still where we are

lacking in our judicial systems or in penal enforcing systems or in behaiour

systems I really dont know where is going wrong?

 

The role of parents, society, educational institutions, police and all our civil

societies have to assess our contribution to stop this kind of inhuman acts.

 

Thanks for your information as it is alarming us to take some kind of steps from

childhood moreover girl children are raped and boys are kidnapping and killed

for various reasons no safe enviornment for adults as well children.
