Dear Forum,

On Saturday (Dated-11/07/09) I talked to Mr.Sajan

chakkalackal(Prog.Coordinatar)of Care Home DSACS Project-Deepti Foundation Delhi

about admit for a HIV+ client of Haryana State at their care home.

Mr.Sajan told me DSACS Care Homes facility is only for nine ART registered

patients & DSACS also Verbally ordered me don't admit people from other states

here.

Some other HIV+ people of ART Rohtak(Haryana State) also complainted to me

about Action India Care Home Delhi(DSACS Project) also not admiting them.

The HIV service situation in Delhi is;

DSACS Care Home-07

Charitable Care Home-02

DSACS DIC-05

ART Clinic-09

CD-4 Machine-05

Viral Load Macine-02

State Dist .are-09

The Haryana Situation is;

HSACS Care Home-01

Charitable Care Home-Nil

HSACS DIC-02

ART Clinic-01

CD-4 Machine-01

Viral Load Machine-Nil

State Dist.are-21

My questions are-

Why, HIV+ people are not admited in CCC Delhi?.

Why, States are barrier in 1st & 2nd line ART treatment?

Why, Like Delhi state Facilities are not available in Haryana State.

My humble request to NACO officials is, please do needful for my borthers and

sisters of Haryana.

Regards
