Hi pj:

Im so sorry that I didnt answer your question sooner, was crazy busy with family this past 2 weeks. First I should tell you that I missed typing a decimal point and that the dosing is in 3.0ml size, I squeeze out 0.5 ml of this cream nightly and rub it in (giving me the 4.5mg that I need). But to address your question, I was just arriving to the point with my MS of morning stiffness and definitely leg cramps first thing in the a.m. I do feel that this has improved a bit. But I cant really say that LDN has helped explicitly because I do morning stretching, take supplements like magnesium and am trying to stay compliant with the Best Bet Diet. Admittedly Ive challenged the diet part a few times (i.e. cheated!) and it effected me, but I had weakness in my legs as opposed to stiffness or cramping. Im sorry if I cant give you the answer you'd like to hear. If anything, LDN has been part of the improvement

with muscle stiffness but not the total reason for progress. Ive only been on LDN for about 3 months so it is also too soon to tell.

Hi,I'm interested in whether you had extra stiffness and if the cream helped that?
