Guest guest
there are people with good results with Fatgiue/fibromyelgia . when you take thyroid medication you must start with 1.5 mg ldn.you must see that you do not hyper and whether you do not have to lower the thyroid medication.only when you are stable you can go to 3 mg and after that to 4.5 mg > > Any info or feedback on LDN's effect on fatigue/fibromyelgia? > > Can LDN be taken with Thyroid medication? Guest guest
Thanks for the warning. I am still in search for doc who can prescribe LDN. Another kind member of the forum has responded and is looking in her list for doc in my area who can prescribe LDN. Do you know if there is good solid report/feedback for people with extreme fatigue/energylessness on use of LDN? If above goes well then I guess I will have to monitor my TSH level periodically. Also what is the timelength to take LDN or is it indefinite? Can a person poofout or build tolerence to LDN's effect overtime? > > > > Any info or feedback on LDN's effect on fatigue/fibromyelgia? > > > > Can LDN be taken with Thyroid medication? Guest guest
Hi, I am taking LDN for six months now, for fibromyalgia and other AI disorders, with considerable success. I noticed real changes within a week. The fibro-fog lifted first, the the fatigue. The pain has taken a bit longer, but the results are well worth the wait. I intend to take LDN for the rest of my life!!!! My doc also just flat refused to listen, even though I gave her an info packet to read. So I called my local compounding pharmacy and asked if they had any experience compounding LDN, then very politely asked what doc was prescribing it. I got an appointment with that doc, who wrote me a prescription. It all worked out very well for me. Give it a try, good luck and keep us posted. Guest guest
Oh, about the thyroid...reports from others in this group indicate that you may require a lower dose of thyroid when using LDN. I'm sure someone here will give you the link to the LDN/thyroid group info. K. > > Any info or feedback on LDN's effect on fatigue/fibromyelgia? > > Can LDN be taken with Thyroid medication?
