Guest guest
Someone who is not an expert in natural medicines can be confused by seemingly contradictory research. The real experts who are curing people of diseases by using anti-oxidants (as part of their protocols) are very clear that quality anti-oxidants are of great benefit to one's health. Research findings can differ because of the quality of vitamins used. For example, synthetic Vitamin C is not as effective as natural Vitamin C processed with its bioflavanoids. Also, the quality of vitamins/plants can be lowered if they are x-rayed at airports or sprayed with pesticides at shipping docks. Or the scientific research design may be flawed, or experiments may be sabotaged. So you can't trust " double bind " experiments as much as you can trust true-life testimonies. Simple anti-oxidants can cut diseases by 90% according to one study. The proprietary anti-oxidants used were: Echinacea, selenium, molybdenum, silicon, manganese, copper, boron, zinc, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Chromium, Vanadium, Folic Acid. QUOTE: During their five year study there were hundreds of people who wrote letters claiming their catastrophic disease was helped or cured. This is NOT acceptable scientific evidence. The only results which we endorse as true is their statistical evidence that if one takes the formula three times daily, with an 8 oz. glass of water, their chance of any new illness will be dramatically reduced by about 90%. There were no significant side effects to the formula. UNQUOTE -------------------------------------------------------------------- >Dr. Mercola mentions this in his last newsletter. I think worth to read it. > >Antioxidants: The Good, The Bad and the Evil - Antioxidant supplements, such as vitamin C & E and beta carotene are consumed by millions of Americans who believe every dosage will benefit their health. The truth is that antioxidants have disadvantages as well. > >Gr. Kees Braam >webmaster www.kanker-actueel.nl >
Guest guest
> > Hello, > > If we wanted to add more antioxidants to our diet, would it be OK to have the following supplement? > > SuperPhyte (http://www.highernature.co.uk/cgi- bin/HN.storefront/EN/) > Grape seed extract (procyanidolic oligomers 95% ) 50mg, Green tea > extract (catechins 50%) 50mg, Bilberry extract (anthocyanidins 25%) 10mg, Turmeric extract (curcuminoids 95%) 50mg, Oregano 4:1 extract 50mg, Broccoli sprout extract (5,000ppm sulphoraphane) (goitrogen free) 50mg, Alpha lipoic acid 10mg, Lycopene complex (Iycopene 1%) 20mg, Lutein complex (lutein 5%) 10mg, Astaxanthin 0.5mg, Olive leaf extract (oleuropein 12%)10mg, Beetroot 62mg, Watercress 36mg, Carrot 25mg, Garlic 17mg ==>There are plenty of antioxidants on this diet and it also contains most of the other nutrients listed in this product. Do remember that " more is not better " . If you give the body too many things it overwhelms and confuses it because you are making it deal with too much at one time. My program gives the body what it needs in order to heal itself. ==>The best antioxidants are coconut oil, butter and other nature- made fats. There are a few antifungals in this product that you might not be ready for; when you start on antifungals it is much more beneficial to use simple single ingredient products such as I recommend. Guest guest
I see there are a lot of people who take antioxidants. Is there a multi-antioxidant supplement, or could someone tell me which antioxidants they take. I have very limited income, so therefore purchasing supplements can be hard. Also, could someone tell me where they purchase their antioxidants. a

Guest guest
You will also find antioxidants in fruit and veggies that have dark or bright colors, like dark green leafy vegs. That is the best, if you can eat them. Best of luck,
Guest guest
a: Pycnogenol and Bilberry are two antioxidants that are very, very good for autoimmune illnesses. I get most of my supplements from Vitacost. After alot of comparison, they seem to have best prices on alot of products. Beverly > I see there are a lot of people who take antioxidants.
