Guest guest
I found a gluten-free beer called Redbridge (put out by Anheuser-Busch) and have one every evening before I go to bed. Helps me sleep. (At least that's my excuse!!) Doesn't seem to affect how the LDN works. Beverly > > Hi Deborah, Its ok to have a couple drinks of alcohol beverages while on LDN. Guest guest
Thanks, I wish you wouldn't comment again. I have read your posts for some time now and have even interacted with you on the side about an issue. You are the biggest complainer and whiner on here. You want sympathy from every one but when some one steps forward asking for help you are the first to rip him a new one and kick him to the curb. You must have compassion and love for your fellow man or you will never grow in to the man you so desperately want to be. From: uu1845@... Guest guest
Who me? We never talked on the side. I dnt care how you perceive my advice and how dare you say I am not compassionate? You know nothing about me aside from this forum. I deal with my health and seek the attention of docs. But I will not hold someones hand who lives in denial about his / her health including addiction. I dnt care if you dnt like it. 12 step groups will hold your hand and say its not your fault. I gave good advise. You call him uncompassionate because he is hurting himself, familý, friends, and community due to not getting proper help. If you are in recovery david God bless you brother but dnt ask me to play the Bill W role, because I refuse. Get into treatment and talk about your problems, work on them, self evaluate, rekindle ties with your family, put blame on yourseld and learn how to cope with it, be humble, and live healthier. Have a good life david Re: Alcohol http://floridadetox.com/ Why not contact these folks for help? Guest guest
Hi Tim, A lot of men sick with low T turn to Alcohol to self medicate them self's. Now that you know you have low T you need to stop the Alcohol all this is doing is making your health problems worse. If you need help with this go to an AA meeting get some help. Your not alone with this it's about one step at a time and one day at a time. Guest guest
I happen to be an addict in recovery. Feel free to criticize me. But keep in mind that I speak only for myself, when I get specific. Everyone must find his own course. Some choose not the heal. That is their right, as sad as that is for them and those who care about them. Guest guest
Let it go Spanky. got off what was on his chest and that's it. We know, we didn't cause his loses, but he may still be struggling with things he could have did differently that may have kept them alive. If so, must continue to fight for total closure. So let it go, and I have. I am very sorry for your loses . Spanky, never forget to praise yourself each day for your continue stay in recovery. Re: Alcohol > > > > > > Some tough love never hurts. Guest guest
I started drinking around 20, out of despair for what I was. I had learned I had Klinefelters a year earlier, and the full effect of testosterone had not taken hold of my body yet. I had a terrible personality, couldn't get attracted to females, struck out on every one I tried. Tried to connect with guys my age. Struck out there, too. Drank almost every evening after work. Would go back to my rooming house drunk, and barely made it to work the next day. I continued drinking for the next 25 years, sometimes heavily, and sometimes barely. My work environment was a lot of it, coupled with my continued inability to perform well sexually. I married at 26, but that didn't really help with the lonlieness and unfulfilled life. Then, about 1990, at age 54, my stomach bothered me a lot, and I quit. A couple of years later, I re-found Jesus, and my life changed. I had new hope, even though the physical aspects were the same. Sex wasn't primarily on my mind, and I don't really care about ever becoming rich. My bank account shows that, as I struggle month to month between my Social Security Disability checks and what little I make on self employment. ** That's another thing. Because of my lack of personality, even though I have been told I was among the best in my field, I couldn't get hired by anyone. I have been self-employed for 27 years. My work goals have never been fulfilled either. But, for 21 years, I have been alcohol-free. > > > > Hi Guys and gals > > > > I know this is a bit off topic, but has anyone built up a dependency on > > alcohol whilst fighting the symptoms or just searching for a diagnosis's? i > > ask because I have had one fuck of a year dealing with the police, i will > > tell all if anyone is interested but the crucz of the matter id > > even thou the court has bean and gone, I haven't gone to jail, good for me > > but foremost my family. i am completely resting on alcohol to keep me going > > and it's fucking my life up, most of my troubles seem to be over, but i > > have created a new demon i have to deal with, for the record, Ive been on > > testogel before due to climbing LH and TSH levels, my reatment was more to > > keep me happy rather than help me, I will expand like I say if there is any > > interest. bit pissedd so please xcuse typo's > > > > -- > > Thanks and Regards, Tim. > > > > > >
