A N.D. friend of mine highly reccommends NOW brand digestive enzymes so that is how I do it....Vitalzymes on an empty stomach, NOW with food. If anyone lives near Longview or Tyler, TX they both have a HFS naamed Granary St which sells supplements at a much lower price than most. Even though it is a 45 min drive for me, I go once a month and stock up. They don't carry Vitalzym anymore but Wobezym....although I've never tried those. Guest guest
Hi Elyse, I use Enzymedica. Here is a link http://www.enzymedica.com/ I have used their enzymes for over a year now along with Betaine HCl. They also have them for systemic uses. I really liked the info they have given out to people and I have also called them and talked directly to the people who make them and have gotten info on how to use them with me and my daughter. Here is another link to their Candida enzyme. I used it for a few months and it was a real help I feel in my body. Hope this helps. Guest guest
Carol, These sound interesting, I'm glad it helped. Anyone else try any? Would love to hear what Bee thinks before she leaves us :-) elyse On 15-Jun-06, at 10:21 AM, Carol wrote: > Here is another link to their Candida > enzyme. Thanks, ==>Yes some companies claim all kinds of things about their products, but people who have taken them still find the diet must be followed regardless of what else they take. I believe Zack took Candex but it wasn't until he did the diet that he began to make improvements. There's no quick fixes my friend. If you aren't sure maybe check with the company. Bee
Guest guest
Hello Bee, I totally agree that the diet and everything else we're doing here still needs to be followed, there's absolutely no quick fixes. I was just wondering if this would help. Guest guest
Dear Elyse, It is much better to take the simpliest most straightforward products possible. Products that contain many ingredients are complicated and not necessarily any better for you. The saying is " KISS " (keep it simple stupid). I'm not saying you're stupid however. LOL! People often " want to do more " but in my experience it is better to give your body the nutrients and allow it to decide when and how to heal, without pushing it. Sometimes complicated products overwhelm the body, and it's one more thing it has to deal with, which can interfere with healing, rather than helping it. Guest guest
Has anyone heard/tried taking systemic enzymes (specifically Protease) for SPMS MS or any MS? If so, I'd be interested in if it is helpful. Greg
Guest guest
Hi Greg, I have taken protease before, but it was not only protease. It was a combination of other enzymes. I dont have MS. I have Wegeners granulomatosis. It is a autoimmune disorder as well. They helped with my condition. I had to discontinue them because I could no longer afford them, but the other day I purchased them again. Right now, I am just waiting on the mail. I feel they are beneficial for everyone. I hope that this helps. aFrom: gerbspad <gerbspad@...>low dose naltrexone Sent: Saturday, November 8, 2008 1:31:51 PMSubject: [low dose naltrexone] Systemic Enzymes Has anyone heard/tried taking systemic enzymes (specifically Protease) for SPMS MS or any MS?
