Guest guest
I had the intense, incredible, wacky and the most vivid dreams last night. I did wake up a few times out of breath and a little disturbed but it was really no big deal. It is kind of euphoric like experiencing these kind of dreams. Guest guest
I also had those dreams, really funny and weird. I started using 3 mg and had that for 3 weeks, then I increased to 4.5 mg. We who have Crohns don't need to start at lower dose than 4.5 mg, due to the pilot of Dr. Jill . She started everyone out on 4.5 mg immediately. I have seen that some of the advices here is that even those with Crohns must start with small doses as 1.5 mg. It's just necessary for those with MS that is afraid of getting increased spasms and tightness in their legs. I think that to start with lower dose than the optimal to avoid side effects will not make any difference, either you get side effects or you don't, no matter what dose you start out with. Just my 2 cents. To go back to the thread you started; I had some nights with scary dreams and some with funny dreams, and then nothing for three weeks, then when I increased my dose again, the same happened again. Also waking up in the middle of the night, around 2 - 3.00 am when the endorphine level is at it's peak. So awake! Were almost ready to get up. 30 minutes later: slept like a log, untill morning. Since then: have been sleeping the best sleeps ever the entire year I've been on LDN. (often 10 hours each night, and 1 hour nap in the evening). Today I got a phone call from my GP: all my bloodtests came back saying no active Crohns at the moment. Hope LDN will do the same for you, as it has for me, give you a new life.:-) Friendly regards from Ingrid From: jodah235 <jodah235@...>low dose naltrexone Sent: Friday, November 14, 2008 2:26:16 PMSubject: [low dose naltrexone] wackiest dreamsI had the intense, incredible, wacky and the most vivid dreams last night.I did wake up a few times out of breath and a little disturbed but itwas really no big deal.
