Guest guest
LDN did wonders for my migraines -- reduced their frequency and severity. Unfortunately, I had to discontinue taking it due to continuing sleep disturbances. Good luck to you! Toni

Consider getting LDN with non-dairy/non-refrigerate Acidophilus.
Guest guest
I had the same problem but as soon as I changed fillers from avicell to lactose, the headaches stopped. Check with your LDN supplier to find out what filler was in your LDN (probably avicel)and change to a lactose filler. > > i didn't get migraines until starting ldn. when i stopped ldn the > migraines stopped. > > monique >
Guest guest
If anyone gets a headache, I was told to drink more water, especially when you take the ldn, which I did and it helped. Tom also got a headache and the water helped him…..Conni

Guest guest
What if you are lactose-intolerant? What will a lactose filler do? Tarra > > > > i didn't get migraines until starting ldn. when i stopped ldn the > > migraines stopped. > > > > monique >
Guest guest
Same potential underlying problem though - possible intolerance to the filler (many people are lactose intolerant) so try changing fillers and see if the migraines stop. Try getting your LDN with non-dairy/non-refrigerate Acidophilus or gelatin or Avicel(cellulose).
