Guest guest
Thank you everyone for your well wishes. I am going to do this and work through it I just get discouraged having so many set-backs. I am committed though and all of your support is awesome. I wanted to say that last night it took me -forever- to fall asleep and I had no wacky dreams. I woke up a couple of times a little out of breath but no big deal at all. Again today I felt good in the morning and at around noon- I started to feel very achey and my body hurts again to the point I cannot leave the house. My lower back is beyond stiff at this point. I did pay attention not to exert too much today to see if that is what caused my issues. It can also be that I have my period which is normally very difficult for me and causes a lot of problems too... I did experience a hyper feeling earlier in the day and I think this has to do with thyroid meds? I felt like me screaming inside my own head- very off thing to experience. I must say the good news! on the Crohn's/Colitis level I see a dramatic improvement. I only went to the bathroom 2 times yesterday and once today and not to get too descriptive but it was really good bowel movements. I also have this on going issue in my Upper GI- this constant Right Upper Quadrant Pressure that I have been battling with for a couple of years now. I am getting this evaluated as we speak with a GI that specializes in Liver Diseases and the Upper GI to see if it is a Crohn's complication or inflammation in the colon (as my new GI thinks that's putting pressure on my Diaphram) I woke up this morning and that Pressure and discomfort reduced by like %50!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is just incredible. I feel I can breathe better. WOW WOW WOW! I am attributing this to the LDN. Is this too quick of a response both good and bad? Not doubting at all. Trust me, I have been through high holy hell with my health. I will take anything.. Thanks everyone. Jodi
