Guest guest
if i understand it right then dr bihari said that someone who had a long period of stress whether it is mental stress or sickness his endorphine production is never return to the original level.therefore people with a burnout even when they recover they are not the old.i have experience with a friend that after a burnout did many things to restore herself but only when she started ldn .did she became the old one. > > I understand that people who suffer from endorphin deficiency (and thus have or are candidates for acquiring autoimmune diseases) are able to increase their production of endorphins two or even threefold as a result of using LDN. > Â > Does this also apply (to the same or lesser extent)Â to people who have a relatively " normal " amount of endorphins or is endorphin deficiency a prerequisite for LDN to work? > Â > Would appreciate any comments, > Â > Okan >
Guest guest
I have no way of knowing if this is accurate...but my thinking is that LDN therapy has NO consideration for how many endorphins you currently have. If you already have enough...you'll just get more. Jann
Guest guest
Some diseases are caused by over production and production that's just out of whack. LDN doesn't work like all those other drugs that just do one thing and hope for the best. LDN seems to help the body Orchestrate the immune system, so if you have too many chemicals being produced, the action seems to level it off, not just willy nilly cause more. LDN helps orchestrate the body as close to homeostasis as it is able. Perhaps LDN causes an inventory check list to be done, the body isn't as dumb as we're raised to believe. I'd bet that 80, maybe 90%, of the time people end up with antibiotics, the body doesn't NEED it. Left to its own devices, the body will win. We seem to throw drugs at everything as soon as possible. It's when we think we know more than the body and try to steer it that we get into trouble. Same, TOO, with LDN. People start LDN and then try to steer the body when they FREAK OUT over the healing actions. Right away some people jump to doctors for drugs to combat things they freak out over, that's what stops the process. 1.5, then 3.0, then 4.5, then 3.0, then 1.5, up, down, back, forth. Get on 3.0 and stay there for a while, if you don't have MS, go to 4.5 and stay there. Then HELP, but not Take Over. Take some B1, maybe some B6, or a complex, but don't OD. Take some Magnesium, but don't OD Calcium. JMHO, OC, YMMV, HAND Take LDN, let the body do the driving Read the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: DON'T PANIC [low dose naltrexone] Quantity of endorphins produced I understand that people who suffer from endorphin deficiency (and thus have or are candidates for acquiring autoimmune diseases) are able to increase their production of endorphins two or even threefold as a result of using LDN. Does this also apply (to the same or lesser extent) to people who have a relatively "normal" amount of endorphins or is endorphin deficiency a prerequisite for LDN to work? Would appreciate any comments, Okan
