Nice intentions and I wish them all the success. One of the most crucial first

steps that the Kerela SACS can do is take away MSM interventions that it has

alloted (for reasons that only god and the babus of KSACS knows), to faith based

organisations who are now on a drive to eradicate homosexuality and thereby save

not only the homosexuals from HIV, but also their souls from eternal damnation.

Unless the nepotism that lets such projects be allocated to such faith based

organisations, unless HIV interventions for MSM are with the full and respectful

participation of MSM themselves, unless MSM are effectively empowered and not

told by half-assed god crazed lunatics that they are doomed to hell.

Unless KSACS starts talking more about the science of rights based prevention

and less about assinine theories about the salvation of the

soul, and finally unless these faith based organisations find the language to

actually talk of condom promotions, these high decible claims and hopes will

remain just that, high decible hopes and big fat pipe dreams.!!

I wish Kerela SACS succeeds, and also hope that they do so by actually

preventing HIV and not by ensuring the total decimation of the entire MSM

population of the state by infection.
