Guest guest
Ok, So I have made a couple of observations and have done some tweaking. I have been taking the 5 days now. My GI has gotten increasingly better but the joint/muscle headaches were so bad yesterday that it is making me realize that this Lyme Co-Infection is very real and not just " antibodies showing up due to chronic disease " With that said every day at around 6pm I start feeling better. So during the day I am like a zombie unable to move much and at around 6pm (when it starts getting dark I feel better) which is like the opposite of Sundowners.. A lot of the joint issues just become a low grade pain but I can function. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone else has made this observation? I also decided not to take my Thyroid medication today and I am finding that is making a big difference as well as I don't feel tired and usually around 9am I start feeling tired after Thyroid meds. Which is interesting as that is exactly opposite of how I felt pre-LDN. I feel that maybe this whole Thyroid connection somehow jump starts the joint issues? We shall see.. If anyone has any input- jump right in- it's totally appreciated. I do want to note that for years I have had this pain in my Upper GI and since starting the LDN this pain has reduced dramatically. I don't even remember what it feels like to breathe and not have this constant Right Upper Quadrant pressure. It used to feel like I have a metal plate there or something and now it just feels tense with a little pressue. I cannot tell you how incredible this is...
