About the Organization:-

 

Aussi-Community development and Educational Society [Aussi-CODES] is a

registered NGO working in Ambasamudram, Kadayam, Thenkasi and Cheranmahadevi

blocks of Tirunelveli District, Tamilnadu, since 1994. The response of

Aussi-CODES to the issues related to HIV/AIDS started in 2003 with the support

of FHI-USAID. APAC supported for six months. From April 2007 onwards, Malteser

international, Germany supports through Pro-Vision, Nagercoil. Aussi-CODES have

more than 6 years of experience in the field of HIV/AIDS prevention, care and

Support projects.

Job Description:-

Manage and motivate project staff and volunteers.

Lead weekly review of activities and moderate ensuing discussions.

Co-ordinate the project at block level.

Promote the project at block level.

Organize sensitization workshop for different stake holders.

Co-ordinate with the different stake holders and other Health Care Providers. 

  

Liaison with government officials to gain necessary permissions.

Network with other organizations working on similar issues in the block.

Design and ensure that information is flowing in through the MIS system

developed.

Conducting researched and various studies

Proposal Writting

Eligibility:-

 

Master of Social Work with 2-4 Years of Experiance in HIV/AIDS Prevention, Care

and Support Project.

Both Tamil And English language fluency.

Excellent Knowledge in MS office, SPSS package and net usage

Good sound in Training Skills

Human Resouce Management Skills
