Time Sensitive LDN?

I have always taken my LDN between 11pm and 1am and gotten that

little " wake-up " call at about 4:00am. Recently I tried taking it at 9

pm and I didn't wake up at all. Further, my legs had more numbness than

usual. Could it be that my body is a little more time sensitive than

the norm and that 9pm is too early for me to get the full benefit?

I'm going back to 11pm since it has worked for 2 1/2 years and I don't

want to mess with success. I only bring this up because occasionaly

someone taking LDN for MS reports " no benefit " and quits. Maybe a

little time tweaking within the usual 9pm to 3am time span, would be

worth trying?
