Guest guest
I used to take Candex but is now too expensive to deliver to the UK, plus the lower value of the £. Is there a list of supplements to take that would achieve the same result as candex does? (remove overgrowth and no die off effect) I already follow a gluten/diary free diet. Someone had said these: " Caprylic acid, grapefruit seed extract, coconut oil and iodine " Would these remove the yeast overgrowth and prevent the die off effect?? If not, what would? thank you very much
Guest guest
candida is a very difficult subject.you might need a diet with no sugar no grains and almost no fruit.you can study this site good and watch the videos.he mentions more supplements like olive leafs extract.looking for an alkalized body is also important (eating much vegetables)and minerals because fungus does not enjoy alkalized place. > > I used to take Candex but is now too expensive to deliver to the UK, > plus the lower value of the £. > > Is there a list of supplements to take that would achieve the same > result as candex does?
