Woke up in the middle of the night (4am) and suddenly

realized I had forgotten to take my LDN subdural

cream.

What's the correct thing to do in that case?

Take it anyway?

Don't take it that day?

Take it at some other time?

I would have taken it at 4AM when I woke up remembering I had

forgotten to take.

Then I would make sure forgetting to take it at the correct time,

9PM - 3AM, doesn't happen again.

Mara,

I forgot to take my LDN the night before! I just skipped that dose.

Oh well, I will try not to do that again!
