Hi allI have been reading up on LDN for my wife who has stage iv nscl cancer in both lungs and in the Adrenal Gland. I would worry about the Adrenal gland because of the following statment."Low dose naltrexone might exert its effects on tumor growth through a mix of three possible mechanisms: 1. By inducing increases of metenkephalin (an endorphin produced in large amounts in the adrenal medulla) and beta endorphin in the blood stream; "My wife had to stop chemo after 4 doses because of the side effects ie tinittus and pains in her joints. The good news is the tumers reduced by 50% approx. The large one in her right lung shrunk from 5.8 * 4.7 cm to 4.7 * 2.5Is there any doctors in Ireland familiar with LDN and is it possable to get it here. Thanks for any helpps my wife is 47 on friday and we are 25 years married I love her to bits and will do anything to help her stick around and give out to me some more.
