Quality of services at link ART centre in Varanasi, UP

Dear forum,

In Varanasi, in U.P. some link ART Centre has started for HIV infected persons.

The main aim for starting these link ART Centre is for the better treatment of

HIV+ peoples.

Those HIV+ people who lived in other city and spend much more money for

traveling these Link ART Centre help them to take treatment easily and save some

time.

The percentage of HIV Infected person in UP State has up, but the prevention of

HIV is less. The Link ART Center are not running properly.

In U.P. high risk areas are much more and too much people are living with HIV ,

and there are new infection and approx 3 to 4 died every day.

My question is that why should Link ART Centre management is not good , there

is no management of services, and no management of Opportunistic Infection

medicine.

Basically, if the Link ART Centre run properly and better way they decreased

the morbidity and mortality situation. Because many HIV positive persons could

travel usually out of station to the city.

So, I request that the Link ART Center’s run proper way and gives their

services better, so that it can reduce increasing morbidity and mortality of

PLHIVs in UP.
