Guest guest
Sometimes, I forgot if I have taken my levothyroxine.? I plan to get a pill box with the days of the week, so that I can tell when I have taken my meds. Maybe you were just distracted or maybe your dosage may need to be adjusted.-lenosan forgetting to take dose HI all, Yesterday I took my grandson biking riding with me and we got a little over a mile and my throat, neck (around my thyroid gland) starting hurting then it went up into my head like a head ache and I just felt bad and funny and I just remembered I forgot to take my Cytomel this morn and it was about 3:30pm and I usually take it about 10am, so we turned around and went back to my car where I thought I had a full dose of my cytomel. When we got there I only found a 1/2 dose so I put it under my tongue and within a few minutes I started feeling better and we went home to get the other 1/2 dose and after taking it under my tongue as usual I felt fine.... I've never had this happen before.. I have forgotten my cytomel before as have I forgotten my Armour but I don't ever remember anything like this happening.. Has this or anything like this happened to any of you? Wonder what is this about? Bev ________________________________________________________________________ AOL now offers free email to everyone. Guest guest
Oh yeah, I forgot to say the glands right below my jaws was hurting too. it's not forgetting that got me, it's the pain I was going through until I took the med. that gets because it's never happened before. Guest guest
There are some who claim LDN can be taking at any time of the day or night saying they get the full benefit of LDN and endorphin increase. If it is working for them then fine but I do not recommend that protocol. I will stick to and tout Dr. Bihari's protocol 9PM - 3AM only.
