What to do?I am down to my last 4 caps of LDN.Can't get a RX till tuesday,so it willbe next friday before I get a refill.I do have a bunch of 10 month old stuffkicking around. Do I take the expiredstuff, or go without?the idiot

Speaking for myself I would take the 10 month old LDN. I would also

call Skip Lenz and ask for his opinion, too.

I emailed Skip's and this is the answer I got about the expiration for LDN -

Hi Crystal,You are correct we extended our ldn expiration to a full year now. It was6 months before. Its a long story, but they sent out some ldn to test itsexpiration and stability and they concluded that its good for an entireyear.

Drug expiration dates are the dates they can no longer be sold. My

understanding is that in reality they have at least another year beyond

that date for consumption. --
