Guest guest
You do not need a prescription for DLPA. Get from Health food store, or order on line. It helps maintanin the endorphin levels all day. I would say it improves the affect of LDN, by 30-50%. The L-theanine and Calm is important, especially,in the beginning. I still use it. Can someone send me data about DLPA so I can fwd it to my doc at The Hoffman Center? Also, besides DLPA what can help some of these joint/muscle headache issues? I am also feeling extreme exhaustion. I would like to research some of these suggestions. I am doing a test for adrenal function this week as this might also be a component to some of my issues. Thanks for all your help! I am getting there.. Jodi
Guest guest
Due to certain sensitivities I want to run it by my integrative doc- also data that they don't know of would help them help their current LDN'ers and that is always a plus in my book! Guest guest
So the DLPA is really helping! Thanks you guys for telling me about it- the intensity of the aches are less with it. I was wondering when is the ideal time of day to take the DLPA but to also maintain a steady stream of this stuff in my body? I feel quite sleepy after I take it.. Is this normal? Guest guest
I thought we were supposed to get DL-Phenylalamine? Wouldn't that be better for the pain and to help LDN?  On Wed, Jun 17, 2009 at 4:32 PM, zahavi <zahavi100@...> wrote: for pains the best is D-Phenylalaninehttp://www.iherb.com/ProductDetails.aspx?pid=8607 with this code you get 5 dollars off your first orderZAH179
