Guest guest
Joe, Where is it we can post our review? If it's here on this site I can not find it: http://truenorthsnacks.com/story/ Or do you mean here? http://www.lulu.com/content/5370145 I have been a member on this board for almost 4 years and have read many posts from excited members on how they want to get the word out about LDN. Let's see what they're made of now. This is an opportunity to really do something positive. Time for the thousands of members to act. Guest guest
I have just submitted Joe's story to Reader's Digest's True North competition. It literally took me just ten minutes. I have to say, I have my doubts that Reader's Digest will choose Joe's story as the winner when you look at the pages and pages of drug advertising that is included in their magazine these days. In fact, I cancelled my subscription with them a few years ago when I became sick and tired of the pages of small print, mainly warning of the side effects of the so- called lastest and greatest drug, and this was BEFORE I became sick last year. But I digress. When I saw that Helen Hunt was the director of the show, I felt a glimmer of hope. I have always admired Helen as an actress and was surprised to see her in this role. Maybe we have a chance after all. Best of luck Joe - if you win, we all win. Cheers, Nettie
Guest guest
Go Nettie!!! Thanks so much. Don't let the drug company stuff stop you. You never know. The editor at RD might have an auto immune problem and we might be a shoo in, right? It's certainly worth the effort. The payoff would be bigger than any other one thing I can imagine.
