Amy—

Not sure what help I can offer, but I too

was on Tysabri (for about 9 months) and thought it was having a positive

effect. I started on LDN one week

after my last Tysabri injection, not expecting to see positives for a month or

two because of residual Ty in my system. However I saw immediate improvement

followed a month or two later by further improvement. Would it have been good for me to

wait? Maybe, but I was just glad to

get off of Tysabri and start on something with a WHOLE lot less potential

danger (like, none). Do what you

feel is best, and good luck.
