well you could cut it 50-50 with distilled water. But for under a dollar you can buy a bottle of 3% at the drug store or where ever. If the 6% is used for hair it could have additives you don't want. Use the 6% on counter tops, etc.

Audrey, just mix it 50/50 with water - that will give you 3%.....
