Irmat Pharmacy ( listed on LDN.org website) has 800 # and accepts Medicare. I do have to pay for my dog, but shipping for both of us is free. Just have your Dr. order you Naltrexone 50 mg in tablets then you make the LDN.

I just got a book from Medicare and naltrexone is covered.

NOTE, Medicare WILL NOT cover any compounded drugs. I pay $45 a month for my LDN, out of pocket. I do not qualify for any other type of insurance. I had a state job and state insurance but once you qualify for Medicare's insurance the state insurance drops you like you have the plague regardless if you are willing to pay for the isurance.
