Guest guest
Just wanted to let everyone know that the book " The Promise of Low Dose Naltrexone Therapy " is shipping from Amazon. I got my copy and just finished reading it. I learned a few things that I hadn't found in my own 1 1/2yrs of research. Also, I found Sammy Jo's MS story / experience amazing. I think the best thing about this book is that consolidates ALL the [current and historical] LDN data into ONE PLACE. Doctors who don't have a lot of time to do online research will find this book beneficial. I plan to give my copy to my doctor for her own reference. If you are trying to convince / educate your doctor about LDN, I'd consider getting them a copy of this book. Best wishes, Jann BTW: Just to be clear...I make NO MONEY from this recommendation. Guest guest
Jann, Thanks so much for posting your review of the book! I am very excited about the opportunity Elaine 's expertise has brought to the LDN community; this will help establish LDN as a known standard of care. So many of us have seen a practitioner who doubts writing an LDN prescription... " There's no medical reference published about it " . Now there is! Doctors know McFarland Publishing as a trusted source since med school, because their manuals are automatically ordered by medical librarians around the country. The book can be ordered at my website http://LDNers.org I also have a link to McFarland's order sheet so you can print it for your doctor or local library. Or click http://www.ldners.org/Order_Form_The_Promise_of_Low_Dose_Naltrexone.pd f Thank you to everyone in the LDN community for your contributions to this cause. As part of the SammyJo Chapter, it was gratifying to document everyone's contributions to the LDN Research Fund raise that helped propel the UCSF study. Together, we have made a difference! SammyJo p.s. I saw a new neurologist before the LDN conference in Oct. to get my 1st MRI since starting LDN 4.5 years ago, which by the way reported No Changes! He was questioning the ability of LDN to have helped achieve this, and I can tell you I was quiet pleased to slide the book under his nose and see his eyes pop open wide :-) > > Just wanted to let everyone know that the book " The Promise of Low > Dose Naltrexone Therapy " is shipping from Amazon.
