Guest guest
Hi Judy, Thanks for the explanation. I felt tired but couldn't sleep because i felt so wound up by the extra endorphins. The only way i can describe it is when in my younger days i would stay up all night at a party or something, and the next day would feel so heavy and exhausted, yet unable to sleep due to the extra adrenalin. I'll try 1.5 and see how it goes. thanks again, all the best, Leonie [sPAM][low dose naltrexone] Re:Aletha/LDN side effects Hi Leonie,A pharmacist explained to me that when you start taking LDN, you don’t get the most restorative level of sleep, even though you might think you’re sleeping ok. Then you feel exhausted during the day because you didn’t get the sleep you needed at night. This will work itself out, but it takes longer for some than others. I started at 3.0 and had to cut back to 1.5 for a while before going back up. I also felt really exhausted during the day for a while, like I just had to lie down and sleep right away. That did pass eventually.JudyAletha/LDN side effectsPosted by: "leonie cent" leoniecentbigpond mumpup2000Sat Nov 8, 2008 10:36 pm (PST)Thanks Aletha,I'll give it a go. I feel like a truck has run over me today. Do you know why this would be the case ? My nervous system is very sensitive, having suffered a breakdown in the past, and also i have problems with my adrenals (exhuastion). I don't want to keep torturing myself with these alternate therapies if they aren't right for me. best,Leonie
Guest guest
Good for u! The asparagus is full of antioxidents but tastes horrible right? I add a little velvetta or sharp chedder cheese to it, nuke it for a min and it goes down so much better. I also see you took up my saying of " the silent dragon " It came to me one night as I lay in bed thinking of a fire in my liver, burning it up while I didn't feel a thing. The tea I mentioned last month is really dropping my sgot and ppt and cancer counts. Anything with tons of antioxidents can do nothing but good for u. Guest guest
I am definitely getting the H1N1 shot. Very important to NOT get the nasal spray version. Per my tranplant team, that would be very dangerous, but they highly recommend the regular shot.
